ABOUT THE BOARD

Comprised of seven members appointed by the Town Board for seven-year terms, the Town of LeRay Planning Board is responsible for reviewing applications related to land use and development, including Site Plans, Subdivisions, and Special Use Permits. Members work to ensure that proposed projects align with the Town’s Zoning Law and Comprehensive Plan.

In addition to its core responsibilities, the Planning Board also advises the Town Board on planning-related matters, investigates and reports on plans for development and zoning changes, and provides recommendations to the Town Board or Zoning Board of Appeals.

  • Regular Meeting – 6:30 PM
