The Town of LeRay provides Notary Public services free of charge as a courtesy to residents. Our Notaries are available during regular business hours to assist with the notarization of eligible documents.
Town Notaries can notarize documents such as:

Powers of Attorney

Other documents requiring a notarized signature
Please note: Notary Publics do not provide legal advice and do not review or prepare documents. Their role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures.
What to Bring With You
To ensure your document can be notarized without delay, please bring:
A valid, government-issued photo ID, such as:
Driver’s license
Passport
State-issued identification card
The document(s) that need to be notarized
